Online Learning Ranking, Survey Participation, Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: 

1. Completing the survey and providing your email address entitles you to one free entry into the prize draw.
2. This prize draw is open to any student, aged 18 or over, at the participating higher education institution.
3. Entries must be received on or before 17:00 GMT 26 April 2024.
4. If your entry wins, you will be notified via the email address provided. Once validated, you will receive your £500 GBP Amazon Voucher via the same email address.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any contact details that are incomplete or inaccurate. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any corrupted or failures to reach the winner, via specified route, by the relevant closing date for any reason.
6. Only one entry per person.
7. No entrant may win more than one prize.
8. The prize draw will take place on 1 May 2024. The first five entries drawn will be the winners. Winners will be drawn at random.
9. The prize for each winner, up to a total of five winners, is a £500 GBP Amazon Voucher (delivered via email).
10. If the prize is unclaimed, on or before 17 May 2024, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected on or before 21 May 2024.
11. The Promoter will use any email data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw. The Promoters decision is final.
12. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The Promoter will not retain your email address, for any other use post 21 May 2024.

You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and not Amazon and you agree that Amazon shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this Promotion.
14. Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants.
15. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. You may only participate if you are legally permitted to do so, in your geographical region.
